Personalized Support for Doctoral Students
Within the doctoral study fields organized by SD-AC, students benefit from group activities addressing a wide range of common needs. These may be psychological in nature (emotion management, development of socio-emotional skills, and the use of techniques and methods that contribute to improving psychological well-being) or career-related (building an employment portfolio, developing skills requested by employers, such as communication, time management, stress resilience, etc.).
Teaching, Research, and Training Activities within SD-AC
Teaching, research, and training activities are adapted to the individual potential and interests of doctoral students, giving them the opportunity to build their research path in line with their own aspirations. The diversity of learning styles and abilities is taken into account through:
Commitment to Equitable Opportunities
POLITEHNICA Bucharest promotes equity by ensuring fair access to education for young people, regardless of their background or other risk factors.
In this regard, all doctoral students have access to high-quality educational resources and opportunities developed within SD-AC (curriculum), regardless of their social, economic, or geographical background, so they can overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. Through these measures, the doctoral programs within SD-AC demonstrate a commitment to ensuring equitable opportunities for all doctoral students, regardless of prior experience, learning style, or specific needs, including students with disabilities or socio-economic difficulties.
Program Monitoring and Review
In accordance with the specific activities regarding the initiation, monitoring, and periodic review of study programs, periodic review is carried out as needed by CEAC (the Quality Evaluation and Assurance Committee) and consists of verifying compliance with quality standards and performance indicators at the main stages of the program.
