Information regarding the composition of the habilitation file, payment of the fee, required documents, and official resources related to the habilitation procedure.
Habilitation File Contents
01
Standard Application for the Habilitation Defense – completed with the full name as shown on the identity card and with a registration number from the Registry Office.

Minimum Standards Compliance Form, signed by the candidate.

Portfolio of Scientific Publications considered relevant by the candidate and prepared in the targeted doctoral field; the relevant scientific publications, minimum 5 and maximum 10 (in electronic format), together with their list, signed by the candidate.

Curriculum Vitae, signed by the candidate.

List of Scientific Publications, signed by the candidate.

Doctoral Diploma or Recognition/Equivalence Certificate for a doctoral diploma obtained abroad – a certified true copy. Certification of conformity with the original is carried out by the Doctoral Studies and Habilitation Office.

Personal Identification Documents, in simple copy: the identity document and proof of name change, if the name shown on the diploma no longer matches the name on the identity document.

Habilitation Thesis, in printed DOUBLE-SIDED format (2 copies) and in electronic format.

Summary of the Habilitation Thesis. If the thesis is written in Romanian, the summary must be written in English. If the thesis is written in a widely used international language, the summary must be written in Romanian.

Declaration on One’s Own Responsibility regarding compliance with the minimum standards established by C.N.A.T.D.C.U. and approved by order of the Minister of Education, as well as the originality of the scientific publications included in the list of works.

Proof of Payment of the Habilitation Fee.

Note: if the documents are not written in Romanian or English, they must be accompanied by an authorized translation into Romanian.
