Scholarship-funded study positions that become vacant under the provisions of the methodology are redistributed within the same Doctoral School by the Doctoral School Council to doctoral students who fulfill their contractual obligations and performance criteria, in descending order of their scores, based on a self-evaluation form submitted to the Doctoral School Secretariat at least 10 working days before the beginning of the following academic year.
Individual Evaluation Form Schedule
For the 2025–2026 academic year, in accordance with the scholarship evaluation methodology for doctoral students admitted in 2025, the following schedule was adopted.
8 September 2026 – submission of the forms by scholarship-funded doctoral students;
9 September 2026 – evaluation and publication of vacant positions;
10–11 September 2026 – appeals;
10–11 September 2026 – submission of the forms by the other state-funded doctoral students if vacant positions are available;
14 September 2026 – analysis of the submitted forms;
15 September 2026 – final results.
